The last time I went to a con was Origins in '00, and I forgot how much fun four days of gaming can be. This being my first Gen Con, and the first time since I got on the boards that I've (really) had the chance to meet people, I was somewhat apprehensive. But, I met some really cool people who I'm sure do not remember me and who I look forward to seeing again next year. :D My biggest complaint is that the hotel I was in was 8 miles from the convention center. But, some of those cool people I met let me crash at their room at the Embassy, so it turned out to be pretty okay. My second biggest complaint is that I didn't take any pictures. Which is totally my fault, but it's awesome that other people are posting theirs, so keep it up, ya'll! Thanks, Psion, KidCthulu, and John Crichton, for a fun game of Spycraft. Ya'll are the :):):):), individually and collectively. Thanks, FickleGM and others, for not kicking my ass for not showing up to your game. I don't know how cool you are, other than being unkicked, but I look forward to finding out next year. Edit: Also, I had two missions at this year's con, which I completed successfully. 1) Get at least one free die. 2) Buy a set of metal dice. I also managed to spend no other money than the dice, food, and travel. It was hard, but I was tough and managed to get away fairly easily. But, man, the dice were calling my name!
