On Wednesday, August 15, Will Call will commence at noon and remain open all evening. That's right, all night long. This is the first year that late night Will Call pick-up will be offered at Gen Con Indy. If you want to pick up a badge at 3 a.m. on Thursday m...orning, we'll be there.
2. The remainder of the weekend, in addition to standard Will Call options, Overnight Kiosks will be available for you to pick up your Gen Con Indy 2012 packets. However, if you purchase your items (badges or event tickets) online during the convention, you must pick up your items during standard Will Call hours (7 am to 9 pm).
3. The Will Call area will be re-aligned with a focus on increasing efficiency on-site.
Also, here are some quick tips on moving the line faster:
a) Please remember your government-issued photo ID and have it ready at check-out.
b) Check your packet before leaving the Will Call area to prevent having to possibly re-enter the line, and
c) If you can pick up your badge on Wednesday early evening, it should reduce line stress Thursday morning.
