Maybe she's right, but I'm really enjoying this right now, more than anything else for as long as I can remember, and I don't want to go back.</em> Ryan gestures to Anika's wet dress. "Well, seeing as how they're gods, and you're their only priestess who casts spells, I'm sure they mind if you put up a shield to block the rain." <em>Did that come off as sarcastic. I sure didn't mean it to be sarcastic.</em> "Uh, Anika, I'm sorry if that came out the wrong way," he says quickly.
