I remember Toki ruled out dimensional travel and specified we could only take precognitive powers as uncontrolled.4) Are there any issues that might make it more or less likely that particular elites, or elites from particular countries, would be at Mudaba Adin? Like is Botswana crazy about the school and grants a special stipend to the families with children there, or Belarus is an international pariah that expressly forbids its citizens from attending?</blockquote>
