gensai article in dragon magazine

There was an article in dragon magazine detailing the various gensai, along with various planetouched beings to be used as races.

Anyone remember which one it was in?

Well they are in issue 293. Figures I would not have that one. I have all of the 3.0 and 3.5 magazines minus about 10 that disappeard.

Would it be possible for someone to post what the various gensai get. I don't know if the law/chaotic/ etc.. are in that one as well.

What you're remembering is actually a preview of Races of Faerun, a Forgotten Realms product (though the article wasn't described as a preview at the time). If you pick up Races of Faerun (which came out last year) you'll have everything that appeared in that article, and then some.

Not to be a pain, but that was one of two aritcles on genasi in recent Dragons. (Nice stuff by the way, we're running a campaign of 4 PCs - one of each genasi type - Races of Fearun has been quite useful in that). There was also an earlier article that included some paraelemental genasi (or was it quasi? I always get those confused) along with a law and chaos planetouched.

Can't remember the issue number off hand, but it might be 293. Paizo.com has back issues for sale on their site. I'll try to remember to check on the issue numbers for those and post what they are.

If he's asking about issue #293, it's definitely the planetouched excerpt from Races of Faerun.

I found the article. Thanks for the info though.

It was not in 293 like I thought. The arcticle I needed was the one about the law/good and para-gensai's. In my next campaign I wanted these races to be available

I just recently got unearthed arcana and am thinking it might be better to use the bloodlines instead.
