All material Throwing Dice Games has published has been copyrighted by its authors. The Section 15 notice reads "title, Copyright 2002 by authors' names. Published by Throwing Dice Games." What I like about it is that it is the reverse of most copyright notices: "title, Copyright 200 by publisher's name. Authors: name, name, name." But then, I'm also one of those constitutional purists who feel that copyrights should not last longer than 20-30 years.I also use 100% OGC in my works because they tend to be rules heavy. I cannot imagine that the flavor parts are worth anything without the surrounding OGC. But if I were to publish a setting, I certainly wouldn't require 100% OGC.
