D&D 5E (2014) Getting advantage, forcing disadvantage

Vicious Mockery gives affected target disadvantage on attack rolls if successful.

Mounted Combatant only confers Advantage against unmounted targets and only if they're smaller than the mount. (PHB p168.) E.g. a mounted human on a horse won't get Advantage against a giant.

BTW for completeness, you should add Inspiration.
