Getting in touch with Code Monkey Publishing?

I have about $150 worth of e-Tools data sets that I've been trying for months to update to the latest versions. Unfortunately, it seems like CMP stopped supporting e-Tools about six months ago, although I haven't read any explicit statement to that on the website.

So for months, I've been trying to get in touch with CMP about this, and every time -- after a wait of weeks -- they send me my old, out-dated password information that doesn't work any longer. They do this even though I keep saying, "Don't just send me my old password info, as it no longer works."

Does anybody know of an email address that works? That someone will actually respond to and demonstrate that my email was actually read? Should I basically just write off my e-Tools investment, and accept that I've basically been scammed?

The address that I keep trying, BTW, is general.customer.service@codemonkeypublishing.com.

Have you posted on their forums about your password not working correctly?

And it doesn't look like Mynex has re-created his nes post about WotC not renewing thier license for the 3e data sets. CMP's host server got completely toasted by a worm about a year ago. So they had to re-create a lot of their forum software and store software from scratch.

And that is their customer service email.

I thought there was a brief window at the end of '06 where you had to download whatever you'd bought, and then CMP would have to yank it since they'd lost the license.

Nope, you are still able to download the datasets you have purchased. Just log into the store and look at your orders history.

There has been I think one update to the eTools datasets, and the PCGen datasets have been updated to use 5.12.1.
