I know in either Arena or Mysteries of Arena one of the warlords is a reptile race from an MEG source using a prestige class from EN Publishing's Librum Equitis.Most publishers however don't want to reuse 3rd party OGC, the srd with their own additions is it to keep things simpler for OGL compliance what with wierd PI and OGC declarations in many products and whatnot. Plus many feel sticking to the core D&D stuff is more attractive to a broader audience.</blockquote>
