Looks like a very useful book. I'm surprised that we haven't seen more name books aimed at a fantasy genre. My most used one is some thing that was spiral bound and sold in the 80's and broken up by class/race for 2nd ed.

Hated the Judge's Guild reprint as it just wasn't that useful in comparission.

This looks like it may take the cake.

Funny thing . . .

Thanks for the kind words Joe!

So after my post yesterday, Davis (who is formating the book) calls me up and says that we're missing a few files...I tell him to holler at Gary and find out what's the scoop.

Its a big scoop.

When we announced the innitial 180 pages, I remember someone saying, there is no way you can 100,000 names in that size. I paid little heed as we had laid it out in rough form. It seems afterall, that he might have been on to something...

The missing files come to about 90,000 words. That's alot of Names . . .

In short this book might be longer than originally anticipated! But I'm telling you, you've never seen anything like it.

That was me, Steve. Remember I told you at Gen Con that I was going to publish a book just like this, but bowed out because you announced it first. Also, I like Gary enough to not try to compete with his line of products. Anyhow, I was going to do 20,000 names on 96 pages. How many names did you end up squeezing into this thing? I better get a copy in the mail, man. ;)
