Ghaele alternate form

This came up in our game last night. If a Ghaele is carrying an object of lets say, 500 pounds, and turns into his alternate form, what happens to the object? Turn inconporeal with him? Drop to the ground? Something else?

I do believe it becomes a part of him in his alternate form. Otherwise the Ghaele would be naked and without weapons when he returned to his humanoid form.
