Ghost Touch

In the Book Unapproachable East there is a Race Starelf which has the ability "Ghost Touch". What kind of ability is this? I didnt find any spell that
describe it.

I assume it's the same as the ghost touch weapon quality- basically it can hit incorporeal stuff without a miss chance. Don't have the book though.

Sounds good, but it is a feature that gains the weapon and the armor. With the Weapon i can hit a ghost f.e. but what is the ability of the armor ^^

I would imagine that it allows the armor's AC bonus to count against incorporeal touch attacks.
