Ghosts and Iterative Attacks

If a ghost's base creature has iterative attacks, or even multiple attack sources on a full attack, would the ghost form be able to use multiple draining or corrupting touches? Or even mix them?
Or is the corrupting touch attack the creature's full attack?
Thanks.

It is a natural attack and thus can not be used for iterative attacks.

Now IIRC the ghost could full attack with some type of ghostly weapon and then use that natural weapon as a non primary natural weapon at -5 to hit.

But what about say a chimera or hydra that have multiple attacks as part of a full attack.
A bite, bite, claw, claw, gore type sequence? Would that get multiple corrupting touches?

The way it looks to me, the touch attack is it's own attack. A Human has two hands and only gets one touch attack. The ghost chimera could still tear up a ethereal foe using it's natural attacks, but the touch attack is seperate from those.
