All characters affected are thrown back away from the caster 1d12x10’, and additionally must make Will saves or be disoriented by the mind storm, suffering 1d4 points each of Int, Wis and Cha damage.</p><p> Mind Storm functions only on the astral plane.</p><p></p><p>Tendrils of the Silver Void</p><p> Transmutation</p><p>Level: Wiz/Sor 2</p><p>Components: V,S</p><p>Casting Time: 1 action</p><p>Range: Close (25’ +5’/2 levels)</p><p>Area: 20’ radius burst</p><p>Duration: 1d4 rounds</p><p>Saving Throw: Will partial (see text)</p><p>Spell Resistance: Yes</p><p> You cause the medium of astral space to change to a hostile form, with tendrils of baleful ectoplasm that engulf your foes and disrupt their concentration. The tendrils are distracting and sting creatures within constantly; any attempt to cast a spell or manifest a power requires a concentration check, DC17.
