Nearly got another one. Here's what happened. On the way to a village to kill a dragon the group found a grove surrounded by plants. The fighters character was the only one to go in (even though all the other group members decided it was too suspicious), and was promptly attacked by two topiary lions  . They took him down in two rounds. The wizard used mage hand to telekinese healing potions to him, so I made him roll Dex checks to get them in the mouth properly. Failed the first two :heh: , so I ruled the potions went into the lungs  . Fortunately, the fighters char managed to cough them out (made his Fort save, I set it at DC 15). The char was at -9, and the 3rd potion only did 2 points healing, so he was still laying there unconscious with the topiaty lions waing to pounce if he should make any threatening moves. Fortunately, another character decided to step in and drag him out, and was able to beat the topiary lions initiative. Then, to teach him a lesson they stripped him naked and tied him to a tree :D .
