Ride to battle in shining plate armour, with a banner at your side and the love of Chivalry in your character's heart. Fight for courage, justice, nobility, mercy and hope in the darkness of Faerun's deepest dungeons, bringing goodness and nobility wherever they go. The Chivalric Knights are coming to Faerun and the wider D&D multiverse.
Chivalric Knights are melee-focused, armour clad warriors bound by a code of honour, and given powers through their Ideals and their Heraldry. Each time a Knight completes a quest, they increase in rank and unlock more Heraldic abilities for their equipment. Only by completing the grandest and most dangerous quest will the Knight advance to the highest level of Grand Knight Commander, and lead their Order in war and peace.
Included in this book are also four different orders of knights and their unique backgrounds, with generators to guide players if they wish to create their own orders. There are also unique statblocks for the many enemies and allies who work alongside the Chivalric Knights, from Tarkin the Betrayer, the Howling Reaper, the Knight Abhorrent to the goodness of the Emerald Knight and Lady Myrlen herself!
We'll be bringing you rules and background previews as we build up to the book's launch on September 26th in the Dungeon Master's Guild. But for now, polish your armour, strap on your sword and seek out your squire - the Chivalric Knights are riding to war!
