There are no further prerequisites for the item, regardless of it's bonus. However if you think it should be altered to better reflect your campaign then such is your prerogative. You may want to add a prerequisite of +1 caster level for every additional point it adds to the Dex. score above the initial +1. Ie; Dex +2 = caster lvl 9, Dex +3 = caster lvl 10... ect ect ect. (or steeper requirements, as applies to your campaign)Again, sorry, it was not my intent to take shots (none were implied), hurt feelings or incite anger (in anyone). Simply to post what I thought would be an effective answer to your question. In my experience on this board, a question will be asked & the person who asked it (& this includes me) will simply have misread a rule the first time, or missed a rule all together. I posted the definitions for the reason listed above, not to give subtle insulting shots to your intelligence (or lack of, as it seems to have been taken).
