<blockquote data-quote="themind" data-source="post: 2187824" data-attributes="member: 25168">I've been thinking of the layout of the Inverted Spire that the latter part of my adventure will take part in.So those of you who weren't around before the switch to these hosted forums, I will briefly explain the idea that the &quot;Almighty&quot; Nightcloak helped me out with.&nbsp; (I mean help as in come up with most of it.)I am working on a series of adventures for my Eberron game that engage the PC's from 11th to up to 20th.&nbsp; I have the basic story arc down of major events, which have been semi explained before.&nbsp; They are actually helping the villain without knowing it, yada yada yada.Well, working on one adventure at a time, i decided that the first part of the adventure would intail retrieving a large Dragonshard from a fortress in the depths of Khyber (Eberron's Underdark).&nbsp; Nightcloak came up with the idea of the fortress being a huge Stalagmite ( or Stalagtite, whatever) that is the fortress, that hangs above a huge pit.&nbsp; Thus, an Inverted Spire as I like to call it.In the Spire, would be the HQ of a group of Cultists of the Dragon Below, who use the Dragonshard for various means.&nbsp; One such mean is empowering big Warforged like creatures with either Draconic or Fiendish proprerties.&nbsp; They also believe the pit is a way into the heart of the Dragon Below and such.&nbsp; I am sure I missed something, as I am tired and dont feel like looking back at the old thread.&nbsp; I was just wondering if anyone has seen a good map that would work perfect for such a complex.&nbsp; An Inverted Spire.
