I'm working on a more concrete write-up for one of my homebrew Immortals, known simply as the DOCTOR, or simply as the Man. (He's not a big fan of overly opulent names, unlike a lot of my homebrew Immortals) Of course, from his original media, you may know him better as the good Doctor W. D. Gaster, though he has a dramatically different M.O than his canon self. Specifically, he's using about a million or so Demiurges/small sentient universes to simulate a neural net-esque universe in near infinite permutations, in order to gather data to save the Omniverse by any means necessary. I was wondering, what Divine Rank range would an Immortal with that level of power/influence roughly be, and what Purview would be most thematically fitting for a LN borderline LE darkness/magitek style Immortal like him?
