D&D 5E Going spell shopping

My lvl 5 Wizard is currently in Neverwinter going spell shopping. I am working with the DM to determine which spells are there in scroll form available for purchase but what I'm wondering is how much should be charged for a spell scroll of lvl 1 or 2 or 3?

How would you determine it? Maybe 2 x what it would cost to copy into your spellbook NOT including your casting specialty school discount?

The DMG has pricing guides for magic items, including spell scrolls, based off the level of spell they produce. Remember, you actually cut those prices in half since scrolls are single-use items. So according to that, level 1 spells are 50 gp, and levels 2 and 3 are both 250 gp. I didn't really like the lack of distinction between spell levels though, so I worked out what the in-betweens on the exponential curve would be and price scrolls like this:

0: 25 gp
1: 50 gp
2: 80 gp
3: 250 gp
4: 800 gp
5: 2500 gp
6: 8000 gp
7: 25,000 gp
8: 80,000 gp
9: 250,000 gp
