Golems and dispel magic

If I Shapechange into a golem, do I get its immunity to magic? If so, can someone dispel that shapechange, or am I immune to it?

I don't think that you would gain the Magic Immunity, but if you did, you would still be susceptible to Dispel Magic. After all, Dispel Magic doesn't allow Spell Resistance.

Actually one would gain the magic immunity, since that is an Ex ability and Shapechange does provide all Ex abilities. But you're right about the second bit, that Dispel Magic would be unaffected by the immunity to magic.
