I was just curious which golems are your favorite and why?

I don't really like a lot of the official golems, but that could be because they're not all that new or original to me anymore. I do like the Psionkiller from the Psihandbook and the Ruby Golem (with it's regenerate and immunity to subdual damage...Oops!) from Monsters of Faerun. Basically, I like my own golem creations better than any published so far that I have seen

I like the glass golem very much, especially the description of the sounds when they move. they remind me of the lady of the windows (or something like that) from tad Williams' Otherland.

Aargh, i've only read the first two and don't recall that one.

BOT i like the Scrap Golem from "Mongooses Golems"

Colossi- When You care enough to make sure an obscure rule and a mountain are the only ways to defeat something.

Other than that, Iron Golems equipped with Greataxes are always good.

The Golem Golem. It's a golem created completely out of other golems. It can rotate at high speed and will attack every non-golem at random.

Stone Golems - in quadrupedal forms, they are perfect for pulling trains in Urbis.

My favorite are War Golems, like Calibretto.
