I don't use published adventures as such, although I do pick and choose bits from them that I like and incorporate them into my own game. All of the Goodman Games adventures in 4e are pretty good, although some of the math in the stats are a bit off and sometimes there are too many solo encounters. But the stories are pretty cool. I'm using Curse of the Kingspire as a possible sidetrek atm. Crazed eladrin witches, aquatic zombies that try and pull the pcs into the water where a massive crocodile lurks awaiting to snatch some prey. Wading through a war between two spectral hordes to break up a dark ritual that will eventually draw the pcs into a castle trapped in time. Then it's d&ds version of groundhog's day as they try and resolve the mystery before the barbarian hordes overwhelm the castle and the day begins all over again. Another one I've looked over and have rumbling over in the back of my mind, depending on what my group does, is called The Forgotten Portal, which has a series of trials and riddles the pcs must overcome in the heart of a Aztec flavoured pyramid. The third adventure of the DnD Insider adventure path looks pretty cool, as the pcs slip through into the Shadowfell. I havent run it, but it's on the cards. I've heard the second adventure mentioned as decent as well a couple of times on these boards. I'm sure there is loads more out there but my group is only level 5 and I make a lot of the adventure up myself, or modules like Ravenloft from earlier editions to inspire me. So I haven't had a chance to try out a lot of published stuff. Good luck!
