Good Magic Fang?

If a Neutral Good Druid casts Magic Fang or Greater Magic fang I know it's considered Holy but does that make the spell a Good domain spell?
I now have the good cleric domain and want to know if the +1 bonus to all Good spells applies.

It is not holy, but considered blessed.
This does not make it a spell with the Good Descriptor.

How about when I cast Summon Natures Ally and am summoning a unicorn for example?

If I were to summon an evil creature it would be an evil spell or Neutral

When you use a summoning spell to summon a creature with an alignment subtype, it's treated as a spell with that type. So yes, if you summon a fiendish dire weasel, it would be an [Evil] spell, and if you summon a unicorn, it would be a [Good] spell.
