Good movie/show Commentaries

I like listening to the commentaries on DVDs, but it seems that about 3 out of 4 of them really are not that good. So, does anyone else listen to this things and know of some good ones out there?

I usually listen to them out of boredom...I've found good ones with:

Fellowship of the Ring
Attack of the Clones
Dune(Sci-fi Channel)
All the Simpsons DVDs

There are others that I can't think of right now...lots of others, those are just the ones sitting on my shelf in front of me. Annoyingly enough, Matrix has a bad one...though it could have had a great commentary to it. :(

Kung Pow: Enter The Fist! has a great commentary. In fact, I don't think that I'm too far out of line when I say that the genius of Steve Oedekirk is so vast that it encompasses George Lucas, Steven Spielburg, and the Dead Alewives and makes them all look like petty high-school film wannabes and child pornographers.

That's what happens when the person(s) behind a movie don't bother to do the commentary, who else will have the same insight into the movie then the two people who had every little thing planned from the beginning?

Coen Brothers movies usually have good commentary tracks. The commentary for The Man Who Wasn't There was interesting and funny.

The Director's Cut of Army of Darkness stinks on ice, but the commentary with Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell was very funny. I didn't know these two guys go back so far together.

The actors' commentary on Fellowship of the Ring Extended Edition has a somewhat annoying way of switching to a different actor, sometimes in mid-scene. But any of the scenes with commentary by the four hobbit actors is hysterical. You can tell these guys really hit it off, and it's very entertaining to listen to.

The James Cameron commentary for the T2 Extreme DVD might be the best I've heard.
All of Ridley Scott's are good.
The one for Resident Evil was a real kick.
