Good Saves for non-standard races

What are the BAB abd good saving throws for non-standard races without racial hit dice? For example, does a 1st level assamir fighter (ECL 2) have BAB +2 and Saves F+4 R+2 W+2, or BAB +1 and Saves F+2 R+2 W+2, or do they have just BAB +1 and Saves F+2 R+0 W+0?

I have looked into Savage Species and have not found that is specifically clarifies the matter. Did I just overlook the answer I am looking for?

Races without racial hit dice have no BAB or save progression. They just use whatever is appropriate for the chosen class. So an aasimar Ftr1 would have BAB +1 and saves of +2/+0/+0 (F/R/W), modified by the stats, just as it would be for a human, elf, or hobgoblin Ftr1.

You will note that all creatures are listed in that table with at least one HD including Elves, Orc, and Hobgoblins. But if a creature only has one HD you drop that racial HD and replace it with a class HD (also called a level). If you did not do so Assamir's ECL would be +2 (LA +1 and HD +1).

Creatures with 1 or less HD replace their monster levels with their character levels. The monster loses the attack bonus, saving throw bonuses, skills, and feats granted by its 1 monster HD and gains the attack bonus, save bonuses, skills, feats, and other class abilities of a 1st-level character of the appropriate class.
