[Goodman Games] Why pull the earlier products?

I've looked through the 4E products that I have purchased from GG and I note that they are issued subject to the OGL and not the GSL. As such, that infers that GG has not signed the GSL... so why pull the pre-4E products?

Note to the GG editors: search for "underdark". Replace it with "nether deeps" or similar. Update your PDFs quickly. And while you're at it please replace "aurora" with "aura".

Simple. The first few were released under the OGL, but Goodman always intended to go GSL, and should be with their releases since the GSL was released.

Now the newest GSL version may actually allow Goodman to make their 3E stuff available again, but I haven't seen anyone saying the newest GSL can be interpreted that way for sure.

No, not so simple. Their has yet to be a GSL-compliant product released which suggests that the GSL remains unsigned. That being the case, there is no GSL for them to comply with and no need to withdraw their earlier products from the market.

This is incorrect.

Blackdirge's Dungeon Denizens bears the Goodman games logo AND the Dungeons and Dragons logo (albeit in the wrong place), which means they have indeed signed the GSL.

Like Urizen said. The first 3? DCC's were OGL releases. So the last few should be GSL compliant. Which does not include having a copy of it in your product, so you have to look for the logo.
