Community Morrus I think you know that I am very fond of your efforts and ENWorld. I just celebrated my 40th birthday yesterday, and as a result have been very reflective of the many things that have added tremendous value to my life. Without a doubt ENWorld sits on that list. I value how this community can bring people together to share their experiences around the roleplaying hobby. Further, I feel we are all invigorated by the exciting announcement of 5e and the challenging goal that Mike has set to bring about a unifying game that honors both our roots, and the best that TRPG's have to offer. I think it is a perfect time to reach back and honor those roots with an interview series similar to the TV show, Inside the Actor's Studio (with James Lipton), that offers an opportunity for us to hear right from the mouth of all those that shaped the foundations of this hobby, industry, and community. The idea would be to host in a formal "recorded audio conference call" that could be listened to live with members of the community. We would talk with artists, designers, and producers, and company leaders from across the industry about their gaming roots, their early career, and the lasting impact they hoped to leave on the hobby. Ultimately we would seek to understand their "why". We would take questions from the participants from our community, which would likely lead to understanding more about what when on "behind the scenes" that were obstacles on their path to success and how they overcame them. I would be honored to be considered among those who could contribute to such an effort. I would see these being released in written text and/or podcast format through the ENWorld community. Good gaming! -Andy
