Simply cut (at an angle) a piece of filament long enough to join the panels together. Yes, we test-dropped the screen onto a concrete floor from 1.5 m, and all fasteners survived! The PLA, on the other hand, was a bit too brittle and one panel cracked. We recommend using a flathead screwdriver instead of a Phillips. A set of 5×2 mm magnets is optional — they're only there to help keep your drawers in place. Panels are connected with OpenLOCK clips, printed bolts and nuts, and filament. Simply cut (at an angle) a piece of filament long enough to join the panels together. Yes, we test-dropped the screen onto a concrete floor from 1.5 m, and all fasteners survived! The PLA, on the other hand, was a bit too brittle and one panel cracked. So we recommend printing all core parts in PETG or carbon-fibre (CF) filament. If you're sure you won't drop your screen (or you don't mind reprinting broken parts if you do), feel free to print them in PLA.
