His telepathy/datalink only works through physical contact, so unless someone tries to pick him up, he’s incapable of mind controlling anyone.</p><p></p><p><strong>Appearance/Personality/ Background </strong> </p><p>The Iron Skull’s name is appropriate as he is, basically, a human skull encased in a metal shell. Usually this skull is attached to the top of some large biological body that’s head has been severed and fitted w/a cybernetic neck-socket, but sometimes the Iron Skull is bodiless and quite vulnerable.</p><p></p><p><strong>OOC Comments</strong></p><p>Everybody loves a good removable head character. He’s kinda like Ghost Rider, with the floating skull in a fiery aura. I always thought that was a cool image. I also like the idea of a robotic brain controlling a biological body- sort of a reversal of the typical human-brain-in-a-robot-body situation.</p><p></p><p>This is the base character, a psychic construct computerized-brain, when he is w/o a body and is basically helpless.
