Great Scimitar Conversion

In the eratta (how the heck do you spell that?) they allow greatclubs (and all the spears, plus somethign I cannot remember) to druids. But no 'falchion'.

Of course the druid weapon restriction is just as silly as the old cleric one. In a strange burst of un-even use of logic, the designers killed the cleric weapon restriction but not the druids.

Also, why is a scimitar ok anyway?

this is off topic from the original topic concerning the great scimitar.. but if you're looking for a good weapon for your druid

~ Quarterstaff + Shillelagh. bammo you now have a totally innocuous 1d10 / 1d10 double weapon.

just a suggestion

I think it's debatable if shillelagh enchants both ends (that'd be a pretty powerful 1st lvl spell ...)

I think the druid weapons list has been errated to include all spears ...

house rules:

1. elves can use elven preferred weapons

2. + greatclub, scythe

3. Khopesh (FR), Great Scimitar (Dragon) are druid weapons. You still need to take the exotic weapon feat for each though.
