For a moment there, I thought you were going to be talking about the Dracula from the Castlevania series, who is significantly cooler and more powerful than the classic version. Castlevania Dracula 1) Track record: Has regularly cast a dark shadow of fear over the world since the time of the crusades. Has an army of zombies, monsters, and demons at his beck and call, and has Death as his right-hand man. Is basically the Prince of Darkness, incarnation of all that is evil. 2) Success rate: The Belmont clan usually gets him in the end (though it took a few centuries the first time). However, he always comes back. He is regularly revived at full power every century, and usually comes back for short periods of time at less than full power whenever some madman decides to try resurrecting him. 3) How close does he get?: Varies from game to game and ending to ending. In bad endings, he usually dupes the heroes into thinking they have won, while he takes control over them or hides in an innocent form. He also has a bad habit of leaving nasty curses on those who do slay him. 4) Style: While Dracula makes a great final boss, considering his ability to transform into a giant demon or even a dragon, its his castle that really exudes style in the Castlevania games. Dracula's castle is a reflection of Dracula's power, and seems to be almost alive in some games. Whenever Dracula is slain, it collapses into a pile of rubble, only to mysteriously appear out of the mists once again when Dracula's resurrection is at hand. Not to mention that it is hard to find a castle with more monsters and deathtraps.
