Cool. I use the Noble class from Sovereign Stone and am happy with it (with a couple bits from the Noble class from Fading Suns), but this sounds like it has a ton of stuff that would complement it.

Yes. Everything after the Unholy Warrior's Handbook will be 3.5. The first titles to reflect the revised rules are Monsters of the Mind, Artifacts of the Ages, and the updated Character Record Folio (all of which should be at GenCon).
