What's been your experiences there?I bought from them for the first time in early November with their d20 store sale.They say right on the site not to expect things in a hurry as they are not a mail order house, that it might take three weeks for one of the seven staff to take time out from their ordinary writing/game producing work to even process your order for physical shipping so don't expect things within the week of ordering.They had great prices and reasonable shipping costs on stuff I wanted and I'm not in a rush so I succumbed to temptation and got a bunch of stuff.Since then its been five and a half weeks and I haven't heard anything since I got the email confirmation of my order that day.I'm still not in a rush but I'm wondering if this is SOP or if I should be contacting them about my order to make sure it was not lost in the shuffle.</blockquote>
