Doesn't mean I still wasn't disappointed.So, no, you can't play a Wookie in D&D, but that's ridiculous anyway because wookies don't exist in D&D. But Dragonborn, Tieflings, Tabaxi and all these other races do. And that's what I'm talking about, player options that are presented in official books. There is a sense that since its official you should be allowed to play it. It is also true that a DM is within their rights to restrict these options, but like I said, doesn't mean a player won't be mildly disappointed their favorite subclass or spell or race got axed.</blockquote>
