Greyhawk question

Does anyone know what book(s) detailed the city of Hookhill in the Gran March? Or a good website with some information on the city? I checked the Gran March page at living-greyhawk and didn't come up with anything nor was there anything specific in the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer.

I couldn't find any either when I was running a game in it, so I just used a map of 17th century Roermund:
