Depends on how hard you want to toe the line.

Worst case scenario, it's d20. So it's about the same complexity if you want to go whole hog.

Mooks (aka Ordinaries) are of course a little easier.

Change the class/level description. This just builds the stat block; it is not an automated character creator. That is the realm of Kirin-Tor, if I recall. Figure our your stats, talents and feats, and this will build the stat block.
