Gryphon's Book of Feats, which Morrus kindly let everyone know about a few days ago and which was hosted on my site, Emerald Night, as well as a couple of other sites, has come under a lot of critisim about the OGL. The author, Rob Smith, wished to make this comment:

OK so it is not perfect, it was not meant to be perfect, I am not a professional writer and making them all work is beyond one person. This was my first attempt at publishing anything online and I dont think it is too bad. It was meant for people who can't be arsed trawling through the net to get all these feats. It is like all these things a resourse, not a book. I am not asking for payment nor am I expecting to be damned for the effort.
I was in breach of the OGL and I have been legally bashed by WOTC. Fairly so and I have no complaints, I misunderstood the terms of what I had to do with the OGL stuff. I would like to thank the people who have been helping me straighten it out, specifically Sigfried Trent.
