Do you want to port stuff into your game? Both Bastion Press and AEG have published guilds-themed supplements. I have the Bastion Press one, but I'm not that big a fan.

I can't beleive you didn't find anything you could use, dude. http://www.public.iastate.edu/~gbetcher/373/guilds.htm is a good start, along with the links above.

One thing to think about is that the structure (I'm assuming you're talking about the political structure of the guild instead of the actual building) is that it might not be very detailed on paper. A guildmaster, a collecttion of masters, then their journeymen and apprentices under each master. That's the basic guild structure. Their relationships to each other is what will generate a lot of the guild's character and I'm not certain you'll find anything to tell you about that save some good character development articles.

Go crazy:

2. Alderac Entertainment Group; Guilds: http://www.alderac.com/d20/products.html

3. Mystic Eye Games; Guilds & Adventurers: http://www.mysticeyegames.com/products.php?product=31&p_id=18

As I mentioned, I have the Bastion Press product, but I haven't used it much. It uses, as a key mechanic, losing xp to rise in guild ranks, which I find a clunky and undesirable mechanic. Also, perhaps I'm just retentive, but I also don't like the fact that each and every guild has a different mechanical structure (eg different numbers of ranks and xp required). Plus it's a messy book to read.

Good luck.
