[QUOTE="HellHound, post: 2198824, member: 3397"] Jem and the Holograms is -NOT- a guilty pleasure. --- I am a pretty well known CyberPunk DM and resource-guy. Here's a plot for a CyberPunk RockerBoy campaign that I wrote up about six years ago: Raised on the streets Rockerboy plays a few gigs and then discovers that his father was the founder of a major media company, and since dad just died of VERY mysterious circumstances, RockerBoy is now the co-owner of this label. Rockerboy goes on to record new material with the media corp he owns, makes enemies of the existing staff and stars, and discovers tha there is a rogue AI in the company that is on his side and who thinks his father was killed by someone on the inside. Insert several adventures about competing with the existing stars and up and comers in the label, with the help of the AI on his side... --- It's totally CyberPunk - the least human characters are the corp execs who are trying to milk the company and the bands for money, treating people as commodities, while true compassion and humanity can be found in the machine AI of Synergy.
