Half-Fey Template LA?

I forgot and can't find it... Anybody know what the LA for a Half-Fey template on a standard race would be for a PC? I'm thinking it's 2 or 3, but I can't remember...

I don't have any of my books in front of me, but I think a half-fey template of sorts is in the Fiend Folio. Not sure though. Here's an excerpt on the wizards site:

According to the excerpt, there is a half-fey entry later in Fiend Folio.

Thanks, I knew it was originally in the fiend folio, but didn't have my copy on me... and wasn't sure if it had changed 3.0 - 3.5
