Are you saying Dwarves are not effective leaders? -2 cha doesn't matter THAT much and is frankly considered a dump-stat anyway by many players. The skill bonus to Stealth is great, and that together with the attributes it's not a bad race IMO. I could probably throw in Weapon Familiarity (longsword, battleaxe and spears of any kind.) Hobgoblins are an option and don't really need to be as interesting as the standard races anyway. I was more concerned they might be unbalanced. Anyway thanks for responding so quickly. Tougness is being considered but if it has to be a feat I might go for Endurance. Or just +2 racial to fortitude saves. Not so interesting though.</blockquote>
