Thanks to all for the many kind words and good wishes. I am touched. Would that all of you could have come by here and shared in the ancient Armagnac--although it would have been only a half-dram per head <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f631.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":eek:" title="Eek! :eek:" data-smilie="9"data-shortname=":eek:" /></p><p></p><p>I would like to respond to each of you who were so thoughtdul, but there are so many posts I can't manage. Just a couple of fast comments are all I can manage.</p><p></p><p>Dessert for the birthday dinner was a lemon tort and a key lime pie, as I am not much of a cake person. I had the lemon tort.</p><p></p><p>Heh, Mario, Alex remembers with great fondness his trip to ModCon there in Italy, and really thought you were a cool guy. As i have told many people, Alex said to me: "The food here is wonderful, the girls are beautiful, and all the gamers are nice guys.
