The internet, for better or for worse, will see to that. As long as the complaint is genuine, making the effort to provide the full report will make someone responsible for it, whether it be the con staff or the offender or possibly both. There will almost certainly be a price to pay to see the situation through, but as long as you have some kind of support in place to help you through, the price will almost always be worth the long term gains.</p></blockquote><p></p>
