Greetings all, Part of my current game should involve the PCs visiting the underdark and taking on a powerful drow matron devoted to "Kiaransalee" (sort of -- in my game her name on the surface world is Kavishella, she is actually more powerful than a demigod, and she is an aspect of an even more powerful deity) who has been causing the surface world trouble and is part of a larger pact to bring about a world ruled by the undead. In my campaign, the drow are much more fragmented than they are in FR and Greyhawk. Over a century ago, a powerful and charismatic deity named Paralite led many dark elves away from worship of the spider queen. Though he was eventually destroyed, this created a lasting fracture in worship among the drow. Many drow cities are not dominated by the spider queen. The followers of Paralite would not be warmly accepted back into the arms of the Spider Queen, so they turned to other dark gods, such as Kavishealla, the Void Mother (an ancient far-realms style entity) and others. For the segment of the campaign involving the city, I considered stealing material from the City of the Spider Queen, as an eerie stronghold devoted to Kavishella/Kiaransalee is just what I need. I have the adventure, but not running an FR game, I have only browsed it. A major consideration is that the PCs are above the max level for the module. They currently 20th and could well be 21st or 22nd by the time they get to that part of the story arc. Another side note is that I use Green Ronin's Plot & Poison for Drow options. What I am fishing for is

From those that are either familiar with the adventure and/or have had to tweak it themselves for higher levels, how did/would you section off the city and alter the plotline?
Ideas on raising the challenge level. Right now, I am picturing adding levels from P&P prestige classes to various drow NPCs, perhaps changing the city raiders to followers of the void mother and giving them psuedonatural templates, et al.
If by some strange coincidence you have Plot & Poison and CotSQ, ideas for integrating the Plot & Poison material
Incidentally, I am keeping a running log of NPCs I am creating and tweaking for this game in my rogues gallery thread here.
