[QUOTE="SneakyB, post: 829990, member: 2219"] No one said that he was out to rip anyone off. What we are discussing is the fact that many of us who placed orders over a month ago still don't have what we paid for at that time. The bottom line is that orders were placed, in some cases in excess of a month ago. Whilst many of us have given him the benefit of the doubt and were willing to accept the delayed ship date, we are fully entitled to be losing patience with this guy. His site previously stated that all orders would be shipped the week of 3/31. NOW the site says that all orders will be shipped within 5-7 days. So even if we STACK the two response times, he's still not fulfilling his obligations. Not to mention the fact that he processed everyone's payments well before shipping the merchandise, which, as I believe someone else indicated, is a violation of FTC statutes. I really don't care if he's one person or 300. If he's an online retailer, he has an implied obligation to respond to his customers. If he had any business acumen at all, he'd get off his duff and start letting people know what's going on. I've seen this community be EXTREMELY patient with online retailers when they have the stones to stand up and say, "Gang, I'm sorry I've been slow to get your orders out. I'm working on it as fast as I can." However, he's apparently chosen the route of ignoring his customers concerns. I can say for a certainty now that I won't be doing business with him again.
