Has anyone done a convert of Crynax, master of evil bad snowmen of viledarkeness?

I seem to recal that Crynax ( the archomental of (Evil) Ice has been done for 3E. i have the old FF version and the latest Planescape monstrous compendiums appendix III version but no d20 version yet.
has he been done? will he appear in ToH? i want to use him in conjunction with the Xixical (sp), the glacier that shambles, from the Epic Level handbook
(ps anyone have any ideas on 3E conversions of Strahd and his castle? are there any out there?)
