Message: <blockquote data-quote="megamania" data-source="post: 1743628" data-attributes="member: 9255">I do believe but can not say I have seen any for sure.  The summer after my grandfather passed away, his rocker began to rock which bugged me a bit.My father, a policeman in a small town, swears he dosen't believe in ghosts but has had two experiences that can not be explained.  The first was the typical freakish thing.  Swirling mists that followed him during a stakeout near a cemetary that had been vandalized prior.  He says it was not a ghost but used to become pale speaking of it and would change the subject quickly.His second odd thing also happened in this same cemetary.  As I said, there had been vandalism.  He thought kids were there drinking again because he saw headlights flashing on and off.  He went up there and found no car lights on but there was a woman looking to commit suicide at her husband's grave.  She said her husband was there and was trying to talk her out of it.  The car lights were never on.what do you think?My wife is very sensitive to spirits.  On several occations she has picked up on spirits before being told there were any.  She worked at Castleton State College and senced a presence there.  She did not believe in spirits before then.  She had things move and close.Now she works at the Equinox Inn in Manchester and she has picked out about three spirits here.  A little girl and two men.  One man is less than polite to the females here.  There are about four female workers that refuse to clean the one suite because of him.  He stares and sits on the bed (yes- disturbs the sheets) and some of the women get a leechy feel from him.Now....I have some experience with large hairy wildmen made famous by Patterson...but that's another story.</blockquote>
