A dead creature cannot be returned to life while its soul is captured in this manner.</p><p> </p><p>Utility Power Daily (Minor Action)</p><p><em>Requirement:</em> All seven gems must contain souls.</p><p>Until the end of the encounter, all attacks are criticals on a 19-20.</p><p> </p><p>Utility Power Daily (Immediate interrupt)</p><p><em>Requirement:</em> All seven gems must contain souls.</p><p><em>Trigger:</em> You hit with an attack.</p><p><em>Effect:</em> Your hit is a critical. All seven gems then release their souls.</p><p></p><p>Power (Arcane, Implement, Necrotic) Encounter (Standard Action)</p><p><em>Requirement:</em> At least three of the seven gems must each contain a soul.</p><p>Ranged 5 Target: One creature</p><p>Attack: Best Attribute vs Will</p><p>Hit: 1d8 + Best Attribute modifier necrotic damage, and you gain 10 temporary hit points</p><p><em>Effect:</em> Two of the gems release their souls.</p><p> </p><p>Power (Divine, Healing) At-Will (Immediate Interrupt)</p><p>Burst 10 Target: One creature in burst</p><p>Trigger: The target rolls a death save</p><p>Effect: The target gains a +2 bonus on the saving throw for each soul released from a gem.</p><p> </p><p>Ritual</p><p>You can use the Speak With Dead ritual without spending component cost. The dead must be one of the trapped souls. The soul questioned is freed at the end of the ritual</p><p> </p><p>Ritual</p><p>You can use the Deathly Shroud ritual without spending component cost.
