I can't seem to locate an old thread where some people were discussing the homemade special effects fthey used at the miniatures table (using battle mats.) I remember a lightning effect someone had said they made with a car battery (or some other electrical source) that sounded really cool. Another guy in the thread mentioned a rain machine (but called it something different.) Can someone please help?
